If you don&#8217;t deliver, you lose.<\/p>\n<p><strong>New expectations challenge old structures<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Young talents ask different questions: \u201cHow much meaning does my job have?\u201d &#8211; \u201cCan I work flexibly?\u201d &#8211; \u201cWill I be taken seriously?\u201d According to the Global Life-Work Balance Index, Switzerland has one of the best work-life balances in the world. But in practice, there is often a lack of culture and leadership. Employer branding is not enough, real change in attitude and action is needed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The challenges are real, but they can be overcome<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Successful companies now rely on<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Modern working models with real flexibility and clear rules<\/li>\n<li>Strategic further training that prepares for new job profiles<\/li>\n<li>Leadership that does not manage, but inspires and delegates responsibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Those who shape change not only secure talent, but also the future. If you wait, you lose.
